G Shock Help!!!

Im really not into watches or any kind of jewelry. But this Casio G Shock caught my eye while I was just surfing the web. I dont know what model it is andI wanna try and get this exact one. Maybe you guys can help me out and NAME IT and when it came out. Much appreciated.

I think thats the Haze edition one. It came out like 3 or so years ago.
I have one at home somewhere.

it's funny because i have that watch, and my dog chewed the band up a couple days ago.

i'll probably never find a replacement strap.
