Some states are misleading....

I live in Chicago, and the average of the state of Illinois, is about 20 cents lower than Chicago.

Same for NYC compared to the state of NY.

Hawaii is crazy...understandibly so.

Gas here in WA has been on the decline now for a little bit & is down to a state AVG of $3.09...
& I filled up last night for $3.09 [unleaded]
