getting back into playing baseball

I havent played any real baseball other than some games of home run derby in about 5 years (im 19 now). I'm getting the itch to start playing again andlooking for some advice on how to get back into baseball shape. Has anyone ever started playing again on here after such a long absence from the game? Is it arealistic goal? Any advice or input is appreciated.
