Does anyone use the perfect pushup?
Has it worked for you?
What would you rate it?
Do you see in progress, since day 1?

there is no such thing as "progress since day 1"

and "getting ripped" starts with your diet.

worked wonders for me, but i decided to gain weight and use them instead of just using them to get ripped

Relying on the perfect push-up to get ripped is your FIRST mistake.

That was just the thread title.. I know it doesn't get you ripped.. its mostly for strength and toning..

what IS the so called "perfect push up"?...anyone care to elaborate?

you're not gonna get ripped by doing some @+%@##% pushups. how to get ripped:

1) eat right
2) lift heavy weights

I have them. Been using them for over a year and they work. I do 300 hundred every other night. It works for reals

I have them, it does work, my man boobs turned into pecs and my triceps are pretty big. If you stick to the routine then there should be no problem. I howeverslacked off and now I have to start all over again, *sigh*...

QTF this dude knows what he is talking about. I keep telling people, stop underestimating the power of just plain ol' push ups. Do about 350 of those everynight and you will be set in no time. Oh and to get ripped, you have to cut down the fat in your body so your skin can tug on to your muscles if that makessense, so cardio, diet, and push ups will get your upper body ripped.

i dont doubt they work but i dont think itz necessary to spend money to be doin push ups..do pyramids with the bench press, then some incline and decline benchpresses or do the cables for your chest, then do skullcrushers, then some tricep pull downs

What does learning to read have to do with anything I said?

This guy thinks hes gonna see progress on the first day and thats not how it works.

and also, "getting ripped" as he said, doesnt just happen through exercising. one has to watch what they eat very carefully.

now, go away.

Um..

What I meant.. and what every other poster understood except for yourself is.. that.. since you first owned the perfect pushup(day 1) to today.. have you seeany progress..

That "getting ripped" thing was just a title I through one.. I know you can't get ripped.. its just for toning and strength.
