Ghost Drives

How do I get rid of a ghost drive on my computer?
Currently, I have 300 GBs of memory on my laptop (total). However, about 200 of those GB's are due to someone installing a ghost drive and filling up MYhard drive.
I tried AVG but that doesn't help, and I can't access it via my computer either. What can I do?
Help is appreciated.

Tried the Disk Cleanup; I only got rid of about 9 GB's of stuff
