Don't really know if I believe in ghosts but whatever
My gf & family supposedly have a ghost in their home. Primarily in the basement. They call her 'Mumsy.' I thought that it was a made up name but that was her name and she died there about 6 or 7 owners ago (old home). Anyway, my gf lives in the basement and her brother lived down there before her etc. He has plenty of creepy stories and so those she. They claim that she becomes more active around 3 am. Gf claims that she has been scratched before (sent a pic awhile ago) and that she has witnessed one of her ear rings being picked up, moved, and dropping from her dresser. Other random things like doors closing, lights switching on, rumbling down the stairway, and other weird stuff while no one is home. Her parents go out of town a lot and she REFUSES to stay home alone because Mumsy becomes much more active. She always goes to a friends house or whatever.

So her parents go out of town for a week (cruise) and I decide to stay with her (well, was forced to

) for the week. Keep in mind, I am already aware of all these stories and it isn't that I don't believe, I just have never ran into a ghost and basically don't care. But, I won't seek them out either (if they are real).

So I think it was the second night. I dunno what it was but I just had been feeling really weird. It is really hard to explain how I was feeling but for the first time I felt uncomfortable being down there. I was laying down on my stomach and could have sworn that someone was upstairs. But with the t.v. on and the fan going etc I was just kind of like whatever.

Fast forward to when I actually was asleep. I was having a normal dream in a deep sleep. Suddenly something pushes me downward into the bed/pillow (from my back) so hard that as I was being pushed into the bed I woke up and was so deep into the confronter I sprung back up and literally went airborne like 1 1/2 feet

.  Whatever it was that pushed me was STRONG. Like, some of that paranormal activity type stuff. I looked over at my gf and she was sound asleep

I was scared as %%%$ and could not sleep that whole night. Went over what happened time after time but couldn't make sense of what happened. It definitely wasn't me because I woke up as I was being pushed into the bed before I sprung up. And it would be impossible for me to do that. And the force

 holy %%%$ it was strong.

Sorry for the grammar, share yours

I've only shared this story once on here, but I guess it's not much of a big deal. It's been a while.

When I was younger, like 5-7 years old I lived in an old house in Miami, and my mom was pregnant with what would have been my first sibling, a little sister. She was cleaning the bathroom one day slipped and slammed her stomach directly on the side of the bath tub, I never got to meet her. I have a younger brother now which is cool, but that's besides the point.

A while later, I couldn't tell you exactly how long after it was, I took a nap with my dad (I was young) while my mom was out with friends from work. It wasn't late maybe around 8-9 and I woke up from my sleep and noticed something strange in the corner of the room, my mom had taken clothes out of the hamper and separated it into piles and on top of the largest pile in the corner was a little girl, light skinned just like my mom, probably around 3-4 years old, to this day I can't get the brown eyes and her dress out of my head. It was red with white hearts all over it and the collar had that white lace stuff, no idea what it's called. Being young I obviously turned to wake my dad up, and when he finally did we both turned to the corner so I could show him and she was gone.

Haven't seen her since, and to this day have a feeling that it was my little sister. I could be wrong though

Not exactly a scary story, although it was at the time, just something I've experienced and wanted to share. For the record, just in case it matters, I am not religious and I still have trouble believing in ghosts which is weird to say, but I have no explanation for what I saw. It wasn't a dream and I know what I saw for 100% fact.

I dont get how they can stay there if they think they have a ghost. if i ever get the SLIGHTEST hint of anything paranormal im %#%!%* gone

+!$$ that

That is creepy

And I am not sure if I should have bumped that other thread from 09 or whatever *shrug*

^^She blazes down there all of the time. That is probably why she hasn't killed anyone yet
