going to minneapolis 1/27-1/30

hi. going to minneapolis on the weekend mentioned above. looking for restaurant and nightlife suggestions.
also will I be able to find tickets to the illinois/gophers bball game on 1/28 via scalpers outside the stadium if i just show up a few hrs before gametime? or should i buy on stubhub ahead of time

for restaurants, I would try going down on Nicollet Ave. because they have such a broad selection to choose from. Clubs would probably be Elixir, Epic, Karma, and Valentino's.
