How can i prepare?
Never been in an east coast winter
I only wear vans and dunks, should I buy Timbs to keep my feet warm?
leggings under my pants for warmth?
I already bought wool socks from REI

40 for me is warm for winter yea. What I suggest is don’t stop in the middle of sidewalk. Walk to the side and then stop. Enjoy the food and do research and make reservations if necessary. And like others have said, just be aware and don’t walk around carelessly.
