Bad idea.
There were mad teachers supervising ours, and I am usually one of those idiotic drunks.
Thank God I saved the drinking till after.

Drinking before school events definitely makes them more enjoyable. You just have to know your limits and know not to act poorly.
It sounds like a lot of you maybe have low tolerances or can't drink without acting idiotically or vomiting. If you just get a good buzz going, you'reset for the night.
I drank before my Jr. Prom and it was a lot of fun. Not to mention everybody was drunk so if you're the one square who's not drunk you're certainto not have fun.
