naw..i was reading into it too much, it happens. anyway thank some of yall for the support, the rest of the haters, thanks 2. Hi haters.it dont even matter, i hope my lawyer has the power of jonny cochran on wednesday. and if not...ill wear 4 pairs of boxers n 4 pairs of socks just incase. 90 days 2 get my weight up and figure out what to do with my life? i can live with that. peace yall

Keep your head up man, don't let stuff get to you. everybody makes mistakes but the sun is still gonna come up tommorow. I just caught my 1st DUI last weekend and I now realize how cops can mess up peoples lives and think nothing of it. Furthermore, cops will lie directly to your face and in police reports. Its 2011, cruiser cams should be mandatory, but so many departments don't use them because it incriminates officers and messes up the police reports.
Just so everyone in here knows, you have the right to refuse to answer any questions, refuse any sobriety tests, and refuse brethalyzers. if you are ever in a situation where you may incriminate yourself or aren't comfortable you can say "following the advice of my lawyer, I'm not going to answer any questions or take any tests".
what state are you in where you got popped for smoking n driving 3x?
