Gone Girl - starring Ben Affleck directed by David Fincher 10/03/2014

nick just became a lazy husband who was too comfortable. Having an affair wasn't good though, no matter how nice her boobs are. SMH at him at the end. Was told he can't leave her. Stand up for yourself and get those divorce papers.

He wasnt gonna leaving his kid man..not that easy

This

Did you watch the movie, lol?

I still think it could be his. Unless somewhere in the story it clearly states it isn't his. Paternity test or an episode of maury would fix that. Getting a divorce wouldn't be leaving his kid, he could still get joint custody. She would just raise the kid to probably hate him.

yeah its not really debatable who's worse

The reason I brought it up is because my family just finished watching it and they all thought Nick was worse.

When I brought up the fact that Amy manipulated everyone from the beginning, framed him for murder, killed a dude in cold blood, and executed master manipulation/fear of the yambs, they suddenly became quiet.

Unless they on some of that lifetime men can't do no right delusional bs, ain't no argument to be had

Was nick perfect of course not.. Was any of the 3 dudes she screwed over perfect, of course not

But this broad giving dudes life sentences/death penalties for petty misdemeanors

it was his (she never had his samples destroyed like he assumed)

and u gotta remember He wanted a child

she wanted no parts of that.

It wasnt vice versa the way they tried to protray it..he was not gonna leave a child he wanted with some crazy woman that didnt want a kid.

She Bobby Fisher'd his *** something serious on the chess board

I would go get that shhhhhhhh tested.. But he did fail on that aspect with the sperm.. I think dude was just happy to get out and figured he could walk eventually after everything died down

Or basically have a marriage of convenience for money.. But dude left that door open

Hold on, remember when the detective said she lost a lot of blood in the kitchen? All on the floor and it was cleaned up? We even seen how much she was willing to drain herself of but how come when the wife returned they never looked for scares or anything to match the loss of blood? I'd like to think that that would be part of the investigation.

Just watched the movie for the first time

Am I the only one who thought there was a ton of plot holes?

Just watched GG over the weekend. I STILL can't figure out whether or not I liked the movie or not. For the last 30 minutes, I kept telling my wife "I can't wait to see how this all unfolds." There was a CRAZY buildup. And then the movie was over. I haven't felt this way about an ending since the last episode of the Sopranos. I'll give a 6.5/10, but the fact I'm still thinking about the movie 2 days after seeing it, says something...
That means you like it bruh

- Blood on the floor and no scars on her body to match

- Camera footage at Desi's crib (she could've deleted it all after she killed him though)

- Casino cameras showing Desi/Amy there

What else am I missing?

Seemed like the police didn't want to look into it further or question her more and upset her. Lazy and negligent police work.

Did she tell them she was at the casino with him though? No one would even know to look for that footage since she said he abducted her.

I watched this again with a new chick I been talking too.

Her favorite character was the wife, and found her actions "understandable" given her circumstances :x

She had me like:
