Gonna be in Miami, Cayman Islands & Jamaica...

I'm from CA and my wife and I are gonna be in Miami Saturday night. We're not really into clubs, so what is the sight seeing type of stuff to do?

Then, we'll be in the Cayman Islands on Wednesday.

Lastly, we'll be in Ocho Rios in Jamaica on Thursday.

This is pretty much the farthest both of us have been past Las Vegas. If any of you can help us out where to go and do the tourist/sightseeing thing.
