Good Jeweler's in the Contra Costa?

I recently bought a white Gold franco bracelet and I wanna clean it up and get it resized.

I was called Highline Jewels and they said 90 bucks for a dipping in rhodium and free for the resize. I might as welll grab my ankles for 90 bucks for a rhodium dip.

So any recommendations for a spot?

Yeah dont go to HighLine for anything. I cant recommend someone in the CC area but if you are ever in Alameda (you never know) check out Park St. Jewelers, the prices for services are great.
