Google not working for anyone else?

It pops up with this message in Firefox or Safari on my computer.

Let me know what I can do to fix this...and I have tried restarting my computer, also.

No, Google will not even open, it is the screenshot I posted. I do not know what to do.

You have obviously never owned one. It was a program I was running was making it run slow and would disable the search engines.
