Got Rear Ended.......

IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!! One has bs insurence n one is skept. City don't take police reports on traffic accidents either so I'm basically relying on his word SMH. Never had an accident before either.

I got rear ended on Wednesday. I still gotta see how much the damage will be.

My estimator came Wednesday for the first one, 1700 but he said it'll probably be more when they take off the bumper, but the second one was even worse cuz it was a SUV. I now have a busted tail light and body damage on the truck latch

Nope full coverage with safe auto. I don't even need to report it if it's not my fault.

Unless theirs is suspect in which I have a deductible which I'm unsure of how much it is.

Lol I've been driving since 13 never had this happen. I do the speed limit to a T! Had way too many speeding tickets from 19-23.

People just need to put down their phones n cup and pay attention.

Hell, the NYPD wants to do that. That's why it takes them 2 hours to show up.

I was rear ended 2 months after getting my new car. To make matters worse, it was a hit and run and the car was totaled. . Thankfully, the passenger and I were okay and gap insurance + my insurance took care of everything.

I was t-boned a couple years ago. My car was totaled while the truck only had a misaligned bumper. Guys insurance also expired the day before. Cops told me that unless someone was injured, they would not go out to write a report. Insurance paid me more than the cars value a couple weeks later.
