Grailed scam help!

Any NT fam can help me out what to do next. So I bought a goyard card holder for 350 dollars at grailed.com and the seller then sent me the tracking number. When I got my item it wasn't the goyard card holder I wasn't hoping for it instead it was a pair of yogiyoh card deck he sent me. I am very furious because I payed 350 to this seller now he won't even communicate with me. What do u guys think I should do to get my money back

Contact Grailed ([email protected]) and tell them your situation. Include pics of what you got and the pics of the listing.

The funds should be reversed immediately back to you via Paypal.

Damn I'm scared now. I ordered some kicks last month and planned on ordering some frames next week. It's a dude selling some Louis shades but his description for his items sound sketchy as hell . Dude be using slang like Saucy and ****. I feel like if he scam me or their fake I should've seen it coming.
