How well did they do in school?
If they graduated top 10% magna cum laude then get them an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Tourbillon Chronograph.
If they only graduated cum laude then get them an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar in 18k Rose Gold.
If they just graduated with a crappy GPA below 3.5 then get them something like a Rolex Day Date 40mm and a $200 giftcard to Target.
