And he is also a liability defensively and other than than these past 2 games hes been very inconsistent. I am not hating on the guy for no reason and Brewer is a better fit for the Bulls.

Before T-Mac got the nod as PG, it was actually his defense off the bench that was more effective than his offense.
He can definitely help a contender off the bench.

Yeah, he probably would have been Rip Hamiltoned already if the Bulls signed him in the off-season. But now would be a good time for a contender like the Bulls to rent him just to help the bench.
