Grocery store sales?

do you follow them like our parents did? im guessing it would be good for water/soda/etc., basic things

i do, a lot of times they got good stuff for cheap. gatorade and vitamin water for 50 cents FTW

normally i'll look for water, gatorade, yogurt, and steaks and chicken.

also, i've taken up is cutting and using coupons. i look forward to the sunday paper now.

Grocery stores usually send their ads on Monday/Tuesday I believe...

Drug stores will be in the Sunday ad so you can find some other basics cheaper

im not even going to lie.........i do the same thing, i get the washington post on sundays.

living on my own......i try to pinch my penny's & dollars as best as I can...especially with my grocery's.

Why wouldn't a sale be good for everything?

Certain things I'll only buy on sale, just because it's too expensive otherwise. I'll stock up on certain items if the price is really good, andfreeze whatever leftovers I don't plan on using.

It's a great habit to get into, 50 cents off here and there adds up to a lot of money over time.
