***GTA V???***

Mmmm I cannot wait!!! I might start up san andreas on 360 again. idk what yall are talkin about, I thought gtaiv was dope. I played through it twice so i could see both endings. and the dlc was solid as well. It would be great if rockstar fully remastered VC and San An and III, that would keep me busy for a little while. I just finished playing RDR, game was piff. Havent started LANoire yet tho, so I have joints to keep me busy. I would absolutely love for them to keep the next gta in san an and just drop a new story. preferably with cj. or another ill black character...yes i want him to be black, we dont get that many lol.. the west coast is perfect because its connected to so many areas in one state. urban, city, country, all within miles of each other. san an set the blueprint for a huge game, now they can polish it and make it legendary. i wouldnt mind a story like the wire or something. lots of drugs, deaths and money.

It's been awhile since R* has literally become a def mute about any info about this damn game

But Max Payne 3 is about to drop and E3 is less than a month away...So yeah we finally will get some new info & a release date. Which like I predicted from the beginning October 2012.

gtaforums.com where a bunch of NT'ers have been going to and posting fake rumors & leaked info on here is full of trolls

GTA 5: Pachter Predicts Pre-E3 Showing, October Release Date

GTA 5 could be revealed further the day before E3 begins as Rockstar likes  "stealing the thunder from everything else," according to Wedbush Securities' Michael Pachter.

"They’ve outgrown the show. I think they’re way too cool to go," he said on GTTV (skip to 5.31). "My read on those guys is they like stealing the thunder from everything else. So if I had to bet, I’d say you’d get an announcement on GTA 5 the day before E3 starts, that’d be Monday, June 4. They don’t show up and that’s all anybody can do is talk about GTA 5 at the show."

Rockstar last attended E3 to reveal Agent at Sony's press conference in 2009.

Pachter added that he expects GTA 5's release date to fall on 23 October - shortly after BioShock Infinite, which the analyst says is of no concern to Rockstar. With both games falling under the Take Two Interactive umbrella however, you might want to take that with a pinch of salt.

Again take with a grain of salt since it's Michael Pachter

I have never played GTA IV before. Its 15 bucks right now at Best Buy. Worth the cost?

LOL @ GTAIV not being worth $15. Seriously?:rollin

Well worth it. Go for it. It feels very different than SA, but it's a whole generation jump. Of course it's going to be different.

I may pick it up. I'm still on Craigslist looking for it being cheaper.

But Best Buy has got GTAIV, Red Dead Redemption, and LA Noire all for 15 $20...If anything I'll pick up all three next week if I can't find it cheaper on Craig's.

Edit -- They are all $20 bucks.

GTA IV's main story was trash. Just to dark.

If people can get the GTA IV Complete Edition which has Episodes From Liberty city for $20 get it and spend the extra $5. The Ballad Of Gay Tony is a lot more fun than the original GTA IV.

im just ready for another one. aint had no games to play for a few months now

Imo San Andreas >>>>

IV wasn't bad once you got a good feel for the game. The story mode wasn't that great, the missions were w/e, and there really isn't much of a connection with the character but for $15 i'd say to cop it. My favorite things to do are to just tear the city up, get in huge fights and standoffs with the cops after getting a bunch of stars then try to get away from them, and once you get adjusted to everything in IV it's pretty fun. I mean I've spent countless hours doing that stuff

I mean, GTA IV isn't a bad game, but I don't like it compared to San Andreas. And I wasn't really a big fan of the game's main story, but the DLC for it is worth picking up, Imo.

so it's looking like Vice City or San Andreas

I was hoping for a new location, but who knows, could be something else
yea, really wanted a new location also, but still looking forward to this

its hard to choose a best tho, gta III got me hooked to Liberty City so i feel anytime they use that location i will like it more, only problem with GTAIV is that the character wasnt as easy to connect with, i mean he was much older and not nearly as glamorous as Vercetti/Johnson/Muteguy, i felt they shouldve made him closer to early 30s and more boss looking since he had military training, and his story line was too gloomy

Kind of minor details but I didn't like how they took out some of the ways to customize your character as far as all the clothing options, the places to mod your cars, and all the cribs you could buy to keep whips in. They gave us all this sick stuff in SA only to leave it out in IV

Liberty City + Los Santos this gen.

GTA VI in Vice City next gen?

Am I the only one that doesn't really care for Vice City.  I played through it once, I don't even remember the story

maybe because I have bad memories tied to it, I picked it up from Gamestop the night it released and the next day my house got

robbed, had to wait a few weeks to find another copy, but I seriously can't remember anything special about it.

The only good thing about the game is the soundtrack. I thought the map was pretty small. What I missed about the previous games is that they all had a military base. Once you cross that boundary you get automatic six stars. It was a lot harder to get away from police too. In IV I thought they did good with how to get away from police.

Crazy talk. Vice City was the best GTA imo funnest missions, gameplay was dope. I've beat GTA 3-SA multiple times no cheats. VC the most lol. It was probably the funniest too. Not to mention the soundtrack. VC :>

I just hope V is more like San Andreas than IV.

I hated the physics in IV, but some of you guys are saying to give it a chance so after I'm done with RDR I'll try it out again.

Co sign.

:hat

I think it's a generation thing.People who weren't born in the 80's and didn't experience all the good stuff from that decade can't appreciate GTA Vice City.

I mean heck I remember just popping in the disc and playing it for the first time and hearing Michael Jackson's Billie Jean playing while you cruised the city :Nthat

IV isn't as good as San Andreas, but the hate IV gets is ridiculous. "Trash"??? :rolleyes GTHO!

As for Vice City, it's nothing but a mere suburb compared to San Andreas. The isolated landscape areas that allow for some crazy vehicle stunts. Jumping off Mount Chiliad with the super fast NRG-500 bike >> anything Vice City has to offer. The only place where you can have any real vehicle fun in Vice City is at the airport.

Which order should these games be played in?

GTAIV, LA Noire, Red Dead Redem.
