HALP zero-feedback eBay buyer

ill try to keep this as short as possible while including the important stuff.

i listed an item for buy it now with the pay immediately option. last night i got a message from a zero feedback buyer (account made Jan2015) saying...

 hi these are a mens size 10 in US sizes right? do you mind me asking where they were purchased? I had a bad experience in the past and its just my natural instinct to ask before buying things like this from people. i would like to buy them right away so can you message me back asap

i then responded and told her where i bought them from and even sent a screenshot of my confirmation email with sensitive information blacked out.

she responded with 

 hello Im trying to purchase these on my credit card and i have well over the amount to pay for them but its not accepting my payment.. do you only accept pay pal or something?

so i responded yes you can only pay through paypal, im not a store i cant accept any other payment.

didnt get a resonse, then like an hour or so ago my item sold and i received paypal payment immediately but i realized the buyer was a different user than the one messaging me. BUT i received the following message from the original person who messaged me saying

 Hey I just purchase the flops can you make sure they re in he box and that the box is in good condition.. It s a gift for someone that is a men s size 10

it wasnt until now that i realized the buyer and the messager were 2 different names.  but the messagers name was mariah and the buyers paypal was also mariah, i dunno if that makes any difference just thought id mention that. but the account that paid with paypal was created today.

also the funds from her paypal to mine are being held for X amount of days because im not a frequent seller. which i get but the last thing i sold which was about a week ago, i received the paypal funds immediately.

i didnt ship anything out yet because im not sure what to do. anyone have any advice?

Just go to your eBay selling page, click ship now under the sold items>print label>profit??

im basically asking does this seem weird to anyone and what should i do considering i havent shipped out yet.

am i protected in any way and/or am i just being paranoid over the zero feedback thing

You should not sell on eBay. That would alleviate your issue. Way too many horror stories.

Cancel that order - the person will definitely file a chargeback and claim it was an unauthorized transaction. There is no chat history between your account and the buyer's account from whic the buyer actually paid.
I refund any transaction that is any sort of fishy on eBay/pp

If PayPal says it's ok to ship then he'd be covered by the seller protection.

That said, if he has a bad feeling about the buyer then he should cancel it for sure.

whats the bad case outcome if i do ship?

i dont like that paypal is holding the funds also, its not like i can withdraw into my bank account and then ship and say F it
