Harlem World Aged Terribly IMO

This was one of the first east coast albums I ever bought, like this was my ##$*, 6-8th grade.

But this aged terribly, the production is borderline poor and just sounds bland. The Hitmen sound terrible in 2009, I feel the same way about the LOX jointsthey produced, I can't stand the production on Money, Power, Respect. Mostly all the Hitmen/Dame joints.

Anybody else feel the same?

I don't feel the same about the HItmen but I know what you're referring to. Its the same way I feel about Swizz Beatz. I think he's a garbageproducer but I can't knock the influence he had on that Ruff Ryders sound. But in 2009 it just sound trash cans and cowbells. But I disagree about HarlemWorld. I'm not gonna say I bump it every week but every once in awhile I can still bump some of his songs.

That #%+% definitely sounds garbage now. He made Vol. 3 my least favorite Jay-Z album, at least as far as production.

You're thinkin' of two different songs...

That Rugrats #%%% was with Mya..."Take You There" or some cheesy #%%% like that...

The other song when dude got shot out the cannon (Meeno was his name?) was off the Harlem World group #%%% they did with JD if I'm not mistaken...

All I know is the dude who got shout out the cannon dissed Jay and had a cut called "I'm that _" or some #%%%...

Jay dissed him on one of Bleek's remixes...

Yeah you got...two different vids...

But I don't know if Mase got shot out the cannon 'cuz I haven't seen in it years, but the fat dude got shout outta the cannon for sure...
