they had a photocopy of a whole bunch of ip addresses and highlighted the one that was supposedly mines

6 months later or so they dropped it

No. I used to download illegally, but I stopped.

Scenario: You go to a legit music sales website, in order to listen to full length songs from albums that are available for purchase. Whenever you listen to song (after it loads from the website's media player), there is an mp3 file that's placed in your Temporary Interfiles or Cache of your computer. Would you consider that illegal, if a music file is placed on your computer from the website alone?
