Has anybody got a Virus off Browsing here? Just got a trojan

i got that pdf.pdl whatever too when i was on NT. anyone got a way to remove that virus? or should i start backing up files and reformating?

i think i did. i got this AVG anti virus but suspect about it really working cuz its free. anyone else got any experience with it?

my antivirus popped up when i exited NT and luckily it caught the virus.

i got a popup from my antivirus for a trojan but it didnt mess up my laptop
 
Yuku on explorer is hell, I use gov computers and get pop ups all day long, telling me I got a virus and crap. Yuku is a piece of crap, they took forever tocome out with it, and it's still crap like windows vista.
 
i did, too.

i got a virus on my work computer that caused me to have IT re-image my computer.

i lost everything.

considering NT is the only non-work site i go to, this was where i got the virus, which was also confirmed by our IT deparment.
 
I noticed that sometimes when Im on NT, there's an ad that is talking, but I cant find it. Its like a phantom ad that keeps talking unless I close thebrowser
 
yea man igot pop ups back after back it just incapacitated my firefox...i had to reformat and reinstall windows... no bs
 
First I've heard of this particular virus issue.
I'll check the support forums....but you should make a thread there
 
yea it should be. Man im so pissed i have so much stuff on my pc and now i think my best option is to reformat. Also I do have a good antivirus but the virusstill got through so be careful guys. The antivirus I have is Eset Security and Antivirus. Its one of the top antivirus. Plus hs virus is really messed upbecause it records what you type on your keyboard.

DOwnload PARTITION MAGIC by Symantec or some %@# like that... if you got 1 hard drive then do this


dl 1 partition magic
turn 1 drive into 2 drives for EX.

1 hd (C:smile:= 100GB

creat another partition so now you have (C:smile: + (D:smile:

now your drive gonna look like this

C:=15GB
D:=85GB

on C: install windows and AV software

on D: save important files like porn school work music movies

now if C: gets a virus trojan spyware maleware ETC and you cant get it off and you think you have to take your comp to a technician then you should reinstall afresh copy of windows this will not affect the D: partitoned space and when you get your fresh copy installed and running then you will still be able to acessyour files on the D: partition
