HAS ANYONE TRIED TO SHIP TO A PO BOX USING UPS? OR IS THAT A GUARANTEED FAIL/URE?

I'm looking at doing it for some shoes. The problem is that they say that they don't ship to po boxes, UNLESS, MAYBE there is a phone numberincluded for the receipient. I'm thinking to myself, either they do or they don't. Has anyone tried?

i called them twice in the last hour to confirm. the first guy said no we don't. well, um, unless you have a phone number for the receipient. i calledagain and a young lady said no not at all.
