I can't claim that my present position in the US is bad. In fact, I consider myself fortunate.

but, if I were to go, the short list:

Chile, Israel (I'm Jewish so it's always an option),  Australia, Brazil, Uruguay, South Africa, or Singapore.

I have. I'm a very strong proponent of public options and I believe that unless I'm super wealthy there aren't many first class public institutions (at least in the NYC area). I'd move to Canada, France, UK, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, Jamaica*, Guyana*

*These last two would be because I'm interested in improving the state of things in my country of origin.
