would i lose any quality or signal in a 30 ft hdmi cable?

Also wanna know, my brother recently started using his projector and used this long hdmi splitter to connect it.  Not sure if its the cheap brand, but it flickers from time to time

generally the longer the cable the more likely a cheap cable will fail to transmit the signal. however if it does work then it should be the same as the more expensive ones, unless there is a defect.

I'm too cheap to pay for UFC PPV's on multiple box tops, so I have a 50 ft HDMI cable hooked up to a powered-HDMI splitter so that I can run the TV I have in my bar area to the same box I have in my living room. I havent noticed any discernible drop off in quality (no white pixels showing, flickering, or anything like that).

that being said, I wouldnt have tried to do a 50 ft run with a non-powered splitter

I'm gunna be using it for my projector also.

Where did u get the powered splitter?

Or what brand should I look for?
Will an hdmi amplifier work the same way right?
