Head phones OR speakers when you're on your computer?

i have a pair of sony v6s as headphones; so i usually always have those on for music . . speakers are only used when i'm away from the computer.

I generally use my headphones. I have thin walls and a little nephew so listening to rap or watching movies loud is usually out.
