Help Before I Get Scammed!

-I found someone selling an Iphone 3g/s on craigslist...and i sent a mail
-She said she was out of town with business so she'll put it on ebay for me and create an invoice for payment, transaction is secured and insured...
-She said she needs my ebay ID, Address (for shipping), First & Last Name...

Am I just paranoid?

well when she puts it on ebay look to see if paypal has it covered so if you get scammed you can get all your money back no problem.
