HELP!!!. I got a stiff neck

Earlier today my neck got stiff and I think i pulled a muscle. Does anyone know how to make it go away. Im in so much pain right now. Thanks in advance

Pretty sure you got a kink in your neck. Try taking a hot shower and stretch your neck muscles in the hot water, when you sleep make sure your neck is fullysupported, and other than that it should go away naturally.

put ice and take 4 advils with food. it'll take a few days for it to go away.
