The name that pulls up the most results for these is "Nike Air Max VJ-6", and all the listings that come up have it as a women's shoe from ~2007.

I see one eBay listing includes the name "Nike Air Max Turbulence 12" but searching that doesn't bring this shoe up. Hope that helps at all.
