HELP! my Ipod 4th Generation doesnt turn on anymore

so i plug my fully charged ipod into my ihome and i went to change the song then just turns off on me...i tried resetting it multiple times but still nothing...

Did you jailbrake it? Use to happen to mine when Cydia started crashing.
