so i take care of my friends little girl sumtimes and she be chillin w/ my 3 yr old........the little $%^* tried to flushed my LG cellphone down the toilet

the phone was soaked and water got in the screen. i took the soaked battery out and plan on trying to start it tomorrow.

i need to recover all pics, recorded audio, messages, calendar events and phone numbers out of it

i carry Verizon. im going to a Verizon store today and see what they say

Has anyone on here every used any websites like werecorverdata.com or know the best way to get media off old busted cellphones???.............

any help's appreciated. thanks.
 
oh lord here we go lol.....its not like that, i stay in a one bedroom apartment. dolo.
the only doors are the bathroom and bedroom which stay open when the kids' around.
this little shorty's a coniver did this when i was in the room, actin real slick

You're with Verizon and I iknow they have a pretty good backup of everything because they don't use SIM cards. I don't know about the pics andstuff like that though, sorry!
 
If the phone was on, its not gonna work.


If it was off. Leave it for three days. Or else it won't be completely dried out and it will ruin it.

thanks wil try the rice thing......say for example though someones screen is shattered or the phone wont turn on at all......has anyone ever tried any of theseonline data recovery services or know anything about data recovery outside of what their service providers offer??




i guess what im thinkin is data gets recovered all the time on broken computers arent phone somewhat similar? data never truly gets deleted right? so who do iget to retrieve that data off the phones 'harddrive'?
 
its a tough call, i mean it may not even work, but hope for the best, i know that rice thing has worked before...same thing happened to me and i was able touse a hair dryer anddry the phone out and it happened to work. once again good luck getting all that info i know how it is to lose all that.
