Help on this UPS receipt

I bought a pair of shoes on ebay. The seller told me he shipped the shoes. I asked for a receipt and this is what he gave me. *i blacked out the addresses and tracking*

It's a really weird receipt. He said its shipped via ups. But I checked the website for an update on my tracking and it still says "order processed: ready for ups" and there's no expected delivery date on the website once I track it.

If somehow, the package never came, can I get my money back by opening a case on eBay? And what if the seller decided to shut off his ebay account and paypal account, can I still be able to get my money back?

That's what I'm thinking too.. But then again it is the weekend. I tried contacting him through text, ebay, phone calls, and he doesn't respond back so I'm getting kind of worried

This, as a seller I can't stand dealing with buyers like you. Get off the guys junk. He sent you tracking info promptly. If you texted and called me blowing my phone up after I already gave you tracking info I would be annoyed. The tracking info doesn't appear right away, its usually a delay before it updates. Your going to get your an item but I can tell your one of those overly impatient buyers.

Just wait it out. Nothing's going to update over the weekend. Once he ships the item its in the hands of ups. Like said earlier, you paid with PayPal so your protected.

If the tracking didn't update by later this week then yeah I'd be worried but just patient.

Its not just him but some buyers have unrealistic expectations. They expect you literally drop everything your doing at the moment and ship their stuff out when eastbay, ndc take 24-48 hours to process and ship yet they won't complain about that.

i remember some dude bought a hat off me on a Sunday. I told him I would ship the hat on a Tuesday because I had class all day Monday. Dude was whining and complaining and suggested that I go to class late or leave early so that I can get to the post office Monday. I refunded him because a dude like that is more trouble to deal with then its worth and they have no respect for what you got going on.
