HELP: Power Steering, Brake Locking Up?

yesterday my car did this for the first time, whats the problem with it NT? do I need a fluid or something?

Power steering check you power steering fluid might be low , Brakes locking up hmm could be your master cylinder , or check for a kink in the hardline itscould be stopping the pressure for reaching your brakes . and flush brake fluid and refill with new fluid
