Help to repaint AJ midsoles?

I'm looking for any advice from someone who has experience repainting their shoes. I have CDP III's and Military IV's with paint cracking on the midsoles. What type of paint would I need to remedy the cracking and what type of techniques should I use to paint them? Any help would be appreciated, PLEASE.

Angelus paint. Google it. Look around in the care maintenance thread also.
