This one gave me a real headache, because there's so little to even start hunting with (unless someone already knew the shoe) outside of the sole and font being pretty recent styles.

These are the Nike Air Max More in White/Black/Dusty Cactus. SKU is AR1944-100.
The shortage of Google results damn near make them look like a myth, but
