Help with adidas confirmed

so i tried using bluestacks android emulator to reserve a pair of yeezy today i won a pair but the reservation is stuck inside the android emulator as when i login on my phone i dont see it i can only see it on the android emulator does anyone know a way around this?

i actually figured it out last night it took some doing but i was able to move the app and data from the android emulator to another phone
