Thinking about buying a car. 2005 Mercedes.......15,000 with 76,000miles. I'm no car expert so wanted to know if Mercedes are durable and what not

I work in conjuction with a benz dealer, they are the most unreliable cars on earth. look for a similiar level bmw and you'll be much better off. Benzshave the most peculiar things break on them. Styling is great but not reliable, and very expensive to repair, as if the bimmer but u wont have to do nearly 1/3the repairs. .02

u can impress b...uhhh women a lot easier with an '09 car rather than an '05 benz. go get a black ford fusion with all the options for like 27k and itsjust as nice as the '05 benzo, plus the maintenance will be easier + cheaper. I think Ford is on their 0% APR again.

15k for a car with 75k miles is not whats poppin. All the luxury has left that car, now its just a fake status symbol.

Ok, but you really posted an S/RS4. I'd say that's a level playing field. Either that or that's just a deceivingly modded A4. Either way, if youwant to get a car, especially since you aren't familiar with them, go Japanese. The LAST thing you need to worry about is maintenance. My opinion, 04G35(most mod friendly year in case it matters) and I doubt you'd be able to get over an 04 with decent mileage for 15k, or an 04-05 Acura TSX as far asluxury goes. If you want basic, take an 05-06 Accord or Maxima. Maxima has more luxury features and a better engine in terms of power whereas the Accord ismore reliable and has better gas mileage. Oh and if that Benz is a C Class, and an 05 at that, don't get it just to get a Benz, please. Ugly body, terribleengine, Benz reliability issues = I'd rather have a Civic
