That's exactly my point for as part of a punishment for any kind of violation of the rules. It would be more difficult for him to come backsimply because he was caught.

But my opinion doesn't even matter, so what's the point. JC Romero pitched in Triple A before he came back from his 50-game suspension, if he wasallowed, then Manny should be allowed.
