Hey NT! Need some help on selling using paypal

So basically I just sold this dude a pair of carmines for $320 and he sent the payment as a gift but he is unverified.  Am I safe?

Pretty sure you just need to get signature confirmation since it's valued over $250, don't quote me on that though

u are never safe. but since he sent as a gift u are safe. next time dont sell to un verified sellers

Another quick question. When you receive the money as a gift, where it says payment type, does it say gift or instant? Sorry I am new to this. Thanks NT!

yeah, it's best to make sure the buyer is verified with a confirmed address. That's not to say someone who isn't verified is going to rip you off but it's always better to be safe rather than sorry. They sent it as a gift so that's good (for you, not so much for them)...you should be safe. Just ship with signature confirmation.

I would say no. From my understanding, if he notifies his credit card company, you may lose your case.
