Does anyone know the name of this movie.I think it came out in 2002-2008?

takes place in Hollywood in the 80's

three different storylines:

Rich kids who do drugs and have sex. Someone dies at a party in the beginning also a girl dies from AIDS on the beach at the end

British rock singer who has sex with underage boys and girls

Hotel security guard who is trying to make it in Hollywood and has a cousin who kidnaps little children

does anyone know what the hell im talking about?

Ive been going crazy trying to remember the name of this movie
