If you have a legal copy of windows on your computer, I would suggest Microsoft Security Essentials. Rates very well, works well to remove and protect against viruses. No worries about Ads or pop-ups to purchase the full version of the software.
Do a google search for Microsoft Security Essentials - it'll be the first choice.
Other options, Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and Avast. I don't like AVG Free.
