It's been like 3 days...but that's the reason behind the post. Just felt it would be strange to shift directions given the origins of the relationship.
Said it's basically soul food. Don't really remember the specific items outside of her saying people requesting turkey necks. Said it'll be a challenge since she's not fond of cooking it.

Figured if she was trolling me I’ll upset her. She got mad and started calling me “basic” and “surprisingly immature” because I didn’t know what stuffed grape leaves was. She was extra mad because she claims it was a special dish for her 20year old son and it was rude/insulting to her son for me to say it was gross.
She messed up though because her son and her favorite dish wasn’t even mentioned in her profile, in fact it was bare. She stayed quiet after I pointed that out. Tryna call me “basic” when she’s 45, divorced with kids and lives in North Hollywood. Ol’ girl is common as can be in my area

Well I spoke once on Saturday, so intital meeting. Just hit her like a day later if she would be interested in those black/gold 12s since I found a DS pair in her size. Said she had them already. Beyond that, nothing.
I'll see how it goes as time progresses, I don't think it's a automatic L at this point.

Shoes were the in and I'm not saying your next should have been "Hey what dat mouf do" but eem if you were trying to be more reserved or on your potential relationship steeze, you should have shifted the conversation to anything else. Probably try to get know something else about her outside of sneakers, find a common ground then you can set something up from there.The others may doubt you but I think this can still be salvaged.

Thankfully God intervened
So it was a cold December and a Friday. We both had finished work late. We were walking to the parking lot. We walked to our cars, he noticed his tire was flat. He asked me if I knew how to change a flat tire cuz he didn't know how. I did so I helped him out. Got out the emergency jack, lifted the car which was a family SUV and changed out the tire with the spare. As I was doing all this he cracked open a beer and offered me some. We started drinking and dude is hella talkative so I lost concentration and wasn't paying attention and it was freezing and I wanted to go home. I hand tightened the lugs after changing the tire. I forgot to tighten fully with the socket.
We drove home our separate ways. He lived a short distance from work. He got home no problem. The following Saturday he ran errands with his family in the car without issue. He dropped them off at home. He later went somewhere alone. At some point when he was driving, the wheel I hand tightened came off.
Luckily no one got hurt and he had to get a tow. Didn't find out about it until Monday when we were back at work.
God was looking over him, his family and me. Looking back my life, his life and his family's life could've been altered forever.
