Of course they'd be damaged if they had all that happen to them at 30+...no big revelation there. The funny thing is you don't know that yet until they actually tell you AFTER you hit it.
There are some on there who are 30+ single but because they're career minded. Those are the ones to consider as keepers. No need to be extreme and "lurk high schools and campuses". What type of logic is that?
