Idk how the pre approval actually gets their numbers.

Mine was way more than I needed or felt comfortable taking.

We just refinanced to a 15 year mortgage gonna pay this place off in 10 and save 100 racks in interest.

Debt to income ratio. Most folks don't want to actually pay what they can fully afford. Don't want to be "house poor".

Finally moving into our new house this weekend... Been a long 4 months of renovations and paying 2 mortgages

They tiled the whole foyer and hallway leading up to the bedrooms, floor to ceiling... What a disaster taking it down

True. Ive seen people make 130k with very little bills get approved for $475k loans. Also, I was always told to buy on the edge of what you can afford.

since its a new construction
and everything is warrantied
if u want u dont have to do inspection
NAAAAH im good
ill pay that $400 for the inspection
