I'm thirsting to start flipping homes and acquiring rental property, but I know I'm not ready for that just yet. At the moment, I'm just trying to learn as much as I can about the business. In fact, I've been reading J.Scott's (from BP) The Book on Flipping Houses and its been enlightening. Also copped his Estimating Rehab Costs. Hopefully this ~$45 dollar investment in my RE education will provide an astronomical ROI in the near future...
I'll definitely be throwing some questions your way once I enter the planning and acquisition phase of my REI journey...
