invest in some good shaving products - it honestly makes a difference. Ive used art of shaving stuff for lke 5 years and its been great but find something that works for you.

Here are some tips that work for me:

Dont use gels - they numb the crap out of your face so you end up shaving too hard, which causes a ton of issues
Make sure your razor is sharp enough
Shave after the shower then put a cold washcloth on your face.
Understand you are shaving your face and it doesnt need to be perfectly smoothe everywhere - going over the same spot 10 times isnt going to do anything other than irritate the !@#% our of your skin

I hate shaving as well but i love the smooth feel on my face..

but by the end of the day i can feel the prickles as well
