indeed. I couldn't even laugh at the pics but I had just a big gasp. Of course I chuckled at some NTers responses, but when you think of things like this (getting picked on at school), it just breaks your heart (my heart, at least).

Normally, I wouldn't condone, or root for plastic surgery, but it is clear it would be in her best interests. That is, if she is uncomfortable with it in the first place.
