How can i change my "AVATAR"???

I tried to change my AVATAR but Martin is still giving me that goofy look.

I thought it was as simple as browsing my pictures, clicking on a certain photo, and done. But it still wont change.

Anybody have this problem and can i get some tips on how to change my AVY???

Yeah it was a quick change i didnt want to get banned. But the avy with the girl i had was it that bad?? ive seen worst..
